3. Order Processing

3.2. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

6.2. If no one is available to receive the order, the courier may:

  • Leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour

  • Attempt redelivery

  • Hold it at a local pickup point 6.3. AUSTER is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

7. Transfer of Risk

7.1. The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer when delivery is completed.
7.2. Please inspect your package upon delivery and notify us of any issues within 48 hours.
